Programme Associate (Project)
Trained in Development Economics at South Asian University, New Delhi (A University Established by SAARC Nations), Mr. Reza is currently engaged in CPD as a Programme Associate (CPD-RMG study project). He was the awardee of ‘SAARC-India Silver Jubilee Scholarships (SJS), instituted by the Government of India’, to pursue MA in Development Economics. He has been conferred another Master’s degree in Economics from Stamford University Bangladesh. Prior to joining at CPD, Mr. Reza has been trained in ‘CGE Modeling’ jointly organized by SANEM, SAWTEE, and Centre for WTO Studies. He, as an international student of South Asian University, completed a successful period at Monetary Policy Department of Bangladesh Bank working as an intern. His research interest includes Informal Economy; Inclusive Growth; Role of Institutions; Information Gap, Market Access, and Rural Development; Choice Constraint and Social Welfare; Income Distribution; Economics of Culture, Religion and History.
