Abstract
This article discusses relating to decent work and fair labour practices. It also examines collaboration with employers, stakeholders and multinational agencies which can be effective in implementing decent work and fair labour practices through ILO and bi-lateral agreements. Finally, it also compares and contrasts working conditions between Cambodia and the Bangladesh Garments Industry.
