December 30, 2016 Some news highlights relevant to RMG sector: Fund for RMG Workers: Ministry of Labour and Employment has announced that whenever banks will be transferring fund relating to RMG exports, 0.03 per cent will be deposited towards a benevolent fund for RMG workers. BGMEA predicts minimum of 80 crore taka will be deposited each year in this account.
