Some news highlights relevant to RMG sector:
- GSP Plus Discussion with EU: Bangladesh is negotiating with EU on GSP Plus facilities. Yet there has been no discussion on Bangladesh’s strategy to graduate. The Executive Director of CPD Professor Mustafizur Rahman emphasized that Bangladesh needs to weigh in whether it would declare change of status before 2027 at the launching of UNCTAD’s Least Development Countries Report 2016.
