Some news highlights relevant to RMG sector:
- Netherlands Water Cooperation Report: Annually an average Bangladeshi textile mill consumes about 1,500 billion litres of groundwater for washing and dying fabric, according to the report titled Bangladesh-The Netherlands: 50 Years of Water Cooperation.
- AMEZ Receives License: The Abdul Monem Economic Zone (AMEZ) received the license for the 142 acres zone in Gazaria in Munshiganj near Dhaka-Chittagong highway and Meghna Ghat river port.
