Some news highlights relevant to RMG sector:

• USGBC Award: The US Green Building Council (USGBC) has awarded world’s 25 top environment-friendly industrial structures of which seven are RMG factories in Bangladesh. The seven factories are: Remi Holdings, Plummy Fashions, Vintage Denim Studio, SQ Celsius 2, Genesis Washing, SQ Coblenz and SQ Birikina.
• IPFF Consultation Meeting: The Investment Promotion & Financing Facility (IPFF), Cell of Bangladesh Bank arranged a public consultation meeting that was attended by representatives from MCCI, DCCI, FBCCI and PPP among others.
